Shipping is free on every order, worldwide.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
United States: delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after processing.
International: delivery usually takes 10–20 business days after processing. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are paid by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather or peak holiday volume. Priority Shipping can be added at checkout for faster handling.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email lulladome@outlook.com and we'll help.
Lulladome isn't responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them delivered, unless you added Shipping Protection at checkout.
