All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, and we don't issue refunds once an order is placed.
Damaged or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email lulladome@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
30-Day Warranty: if you added the 30-Day Warranty at checkout, we'll replace your night light if it stops working within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellations: orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase and before they ship.
